MS Walk Marietta: April 19, 2008 The Walk is a 5k (approx 3.2 miles) around some of the most beautiful homes in historic Marietta. The walk starts at 10:00 with day of registration opening at 8:00, if you do not register online prior to the event We will meet in the church parking lot prior to the walk and go into the square together! On Saturday the ride is approximately 50 miles and Sunday's ride is about 30 miles, through south Georgia's FLAT low country. After the bicycle ride, participants returned to the lawn at the historic Railroad Round House for fellowship and festivities. Participants are fully supported with rest stops and vehicles. Bike MS Atlanta Ride: September 13th & 14th, 2008 The Bike MS Atlanta Ride is an overnight bicycling event in Callaway Gardens, in beautiful Pine Mountain, Georgia. On Saturday and Sunday, participants had the choice of cycling either 65 or 85 miles through the beautiful middle Georgia countryside. After the bicycle ride, participants returned to Callaway Gardens for a full afternoon of event festivities. Participants spent the overnight in Pine Mountain and cycled 65 miles on Sunday before returning a final time to Callaway Gardens for event's closing.
